These thematic maps contain the next legend:<\/p>\n

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT TYPES\"jonq\"<\/a><\/span><\/h2>\n

– NBR-pre i NBR-post :<\/strong> raster layers with burnt index from the before image (pre) and after fire image (post).<\/p>\n

– dNBR: <\/strong>difference between the two burnt index.<\/p>\n

– RdNBR: <\/strong>relative difference of NBR from pre-fire conditions.<\/p>\n

– dNBR_S & RdNBR_S: <\/strong>thematic maps in raster format of classified severity, according to the NBR absolute difference (dNBR) and the NBR relative difference (RdNBR) for woodland and shrubland areas.<\/p>\n

The thematic severity maps contain the following categories:<\/p>\n

0: not burned areas
\n1: low severity
\n2: moderate severity
\n3: high severity
\n4: other land covers<\/p>\n

DOWNLOADABLE MAPS SPECIFICATIONS<\/span><\/h2>\n

1-Formats<\/h3>\n

– MMZ<\/b>: raster in compressed format with IMG raster format from MiraMon software<\/a>, a defined simbolization and complete metadata according to the standards defined by INSPIRE.<\/p>\n

– ASC<\/b>: raster in ESRI ASCII GRID<\/a>  format, with its metadata in XML format. The two files are seved together in a compressed RAR file.<\/p>\n

– KMZ<\/b>: raster in Google Earth format to be easely visualized.<\/p>\n

2-Projection<\/h3>\n

All layers are served in UTM31N projections with ETRS89 Datum.<\/p>\n

3-Nomenclature<\/h3>\n

The names of the files include the following items separated by underscores “_” :<\/p>\n

– Start date of the fire with 8 digits indicating the year (4 digits), month (2 digits) and day (2 digits).<\/em>
\n– Code of the fire with 4 characters that identifies the name of the most affected town<\/em>.<\/em>
\n– Sensor used ( TM or ETM or OIL ).<\/em>
\n– Source of information indicated SatCat as SC or Glovis as GV. <\/em>
\n– Product type: NBR (pre or post below with 8 digits indicating the year, month and day), dNBR , RdNBR (thematic classification products <\/em>of burnt severity will be followed by the suffix ” _S ” )<\/em><\/p>\n

For example 20131112_BEMP_ETM_SC_RdNBR_S.mmz map corresponds to the thematic map from RdNBR of the \u201cBaix Empord\u00e0\u201d fire occurred on November 12th<\/sup>, 2013.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
